Rachel Santay

Oregon LMT-29651 · She/Her Licensed Massage Therapist

Rachel has practiced massage since 2015, after completing more than 750 hours of training, including public clinic work, at the Arizona School of Integrated Studies. She spent the next decade in clinical and spa practices in Tucson, Phoenix and Flagstaff, focused on pain relief, mobility and injury recovery, working from a treatment plan that carries from one session to the next.

She specializes in integrative deep tissue, sports massage and trigger point therapy. She has experience with people of all body types and sizes, including athletes and clients during pregnancy. As an athlete herself, Rachel understands the value of movement, recovery and taking time to care for yourself. Her approach is thoughtful, intuitive and tailored to each person, and she genuinely enjoys helping people feel better in their bodies.

Rachel holds a B.S. in Special Education and Rehabilitation from the University of Arizona, with an emphasis in Deaf Studies and Educational Interpreting. She is fluent in American Sign Language, so Deaf and hard-of-hearing clients can communicate with her directly in ASL, and she speaks some Spanish.
